  • This covers Network Design, Network Administration and Back-up, network Management and Support, and Network Security


CLOUD SUPPORT

  • Management, maintenance and monitoring of the Cloud Infrastructure

  • This covers Cloud Design and Architecture build, Cloud maintenance and Support, Cloud back-up and recovery management, and support on OS Systems running on Cloud.


DATACENTER OPERATIONS

  • Ensures that the data center is operational, information security is in place, and to serve as SPOC for all DCO related concerns and requests.

  • This covers DC Operations, Data Vaulting, Back-up and Archiving, and IT Facilities Management.


IT OPERATIONS

  • Monitors and controls the IT services and IT infrastructure, ensuring that the day-to-day tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. This covers Batch Monitoring, Health checks, as well as Application Support.


DISASTER RECOVERY

  • To provide implementation, management and/or operations of IT Service Continuity Management with focus on disaster recovery processes and infrastructure to support client's business continuity requirements, covering processes, tools, SMO and Operations.


IMAAS

  • End-to-end support from the Infrastructure up to the service management, allowing the client to focus on the core business

  • May offer shared management of resources and services, depending on the client’s requirement and need.


ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS MONITORING

  • Managed Service: This covers monitoring of events that occur within the IT infrastructure, maintaining normal operations, detection and escalation of incidents.
